The short version

Tax Sale Intel is a county-by-county research platform built for a growing organization expanding into new tax sale markets. We shaped a product system that can launch bespoke county editions with local workflows, local signals, and investor tools tuned to how each jurisdiction actually behaves.

The challenge

1

What was in the way

Tax sale intelligence does not travel cleanly from one market to another. Each county has its own records, timelines, auction mechanics, property mix, and investor heuristics. The organization needed to grow beyond a single market without shipping the same generic dashboard everywhere or rebuilding the product from scratch every time a new county came online.

The solution

2

What we built

We designed a modular platform and marketing surface that can flex county by county. The system supports bespoke branding, county-specific research workflows, parcel scoring, resale context, guided playbooks, and pricing/tooling layers tailored to each market. That gave the team a repeatable foundation while still making every county edition feel purpose-built instead of templated.

The impact

3

What changed

The result is a clearer operating system for a growing organization: one product foundation, multiple county-specific launches. Investors get tools that feel native to the county they are researching, and the team can expand into new jurisdictions faster with a platform architecture designed to absorb local complexity instead of flatten it.
